Can you use the information already on my Google business listing?
Yes. We can use publicly available business details and eligible Google review excerpts as a starting point. You will review the information for accuracy and confirm that you have the right to use all submitted text, photos, logos, and other materials.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Your package includes up to three organized rounds of revisions. You will approve the final page before it is connected to your live domain.
Do you guarantee that my website will rank on Google?
No ethical provider can guarantee a specific search ranking. Our SEO package gives your page a solid local-search foundation, but results also depend on competition, your Google Business Profile, reputation, content, links, and other factors.

These Terms govern website-design and related services purchased from Evergreen Marketing LLC, doing business as WebMarketingConnections (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and any written order details presented at checkout.
Services and client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, required account or domain access, and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing business details, claims, pricing, reviews, images, legal disclosures, and final content for accuracy before approval.
Timing
The first website proof is targeted within 72 hours after cleared payment and receipt of all required information and materials. The 72-hour statement is a service target, not a guarantee. Client delays, revision requests, domain access, third-party outages, or work outside the agreed scope may extend completion.
Revisions and approval
The website package includes up to three rounds of revisions based on consolidated feedback. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed one-page scope may require a separate fee. The website will not be launched on your domain until you provide final approval.
Payments and recurring services
Website creation fees are one-time charges. Hosting and care, if selected, are billed at $30 per month until canceled under the applicable order terms. Premium domains, third-party subscriptions, email services, advanced integrations, and ongoing content updates are not included unless stated in writing.
Domains and hosting
You may use a domain you own. A domain supplied for a client is registered for that client and may be administered by WebMarketingConnections while the Website Care Plan remains active. Domain availability is not guaranteed. The client may request transfer of an eligible domain after all outstanding balances are paid and is responsible for maintaining renewal and hosting after transfer. The $30/month Website Care Plan may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation, the client has 30 days to arrange transfer or replacement hosting; after that period, the website may be taken offline. Premium domains, migration work, third-party subscriptions, and transfer charges are not included unless agreed in writing.
Search optimization
SEO services improve the page’s technical and content foundation but do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to materials you provide. Upon full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final approved website content and design, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets, templates, software, and our pre-existing methods. You grant us permission to use submitted materials solely to perform the services.
Third-party services
Google, domain registrars, hosting providers, payment providers, scheduling tools, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or decisions by third parties.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Website services are customized for each client. A client may cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once research, copywriting, design, or development has started, setup and website fees are non-refundable. If WebMarketingConnections is unable to provide the initial website proof, the applicable website fee will be refunded. The client must submit complete business information and requested materials before the 72-hour proof period begins. Delays in client responses, approvals, or materials extend the timeline. Please contact us promptly through the Contact Us form if a concern arises so we can try to resolve it.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from the services are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of specific business results, and our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
